Recently, the Tianjin Development · Talent Pioneers — Top Ten Annual Figures Award Ceremony was grandly held at Tianjin Media Grand Theater. The ceremony aimed to recognize outstanding talents who have made significant contributions across various industries in Tianjin. After layers of selection, Dr. Mu Fengwen, Founder and Chairman of iSABers, was awarded the title of "Top Ten Annual Development Figures in Tianjin" for his outstanding achievements in the semiconductor field and positive contributions to Tianjin's development. At the ceremony, President Jiang Yong of Tianjin University of Technology, as the award presenter, extended warm congratulations to Dr. Mu.

Dr. Mu has long focused on researching and developing advanced heterogeneous integration technologies and equipment, with expertise in semiconductor advanced material preparation, low-cost device manufacturing, and full-process backend packaging. In July 2020, he founded iSABers and led the team to take the lead in implementing and industrializing advanced heterogeneous integration technologies. The team successfully developed and mass-produced multiple high-end bonding equipment models and established China's first SiC bonded substrate mass production line, filling a critical gap in this field domestically.

Dr. Mu stated that this honor is not only recognition of his personal efforts but also affirmation of the entire team. He will continue to devote himself to semiconductor technology research and development, contributing to promoting scientific and technological innovation and industrial development in Tianjin and across the country.
