- iSABers News | Launch of iSABers Project Management Elite Training Camp: Empowering Elites for Growth
When the wind is strong, it’s time to set sail and forge ahead. From October 12 to 14, the iSABers Project Management Elite Training Camp officially kicked off in Tianjin Binhai New Area. Dr. Mu Fengwen, Chairman of iSABers Group, led over 50 ISABers to participate, and the first phase of training has been completed.
The first phase of the training camp focused on the theme of "Best Practices for the Full Process of Project Management". Notably, Mr. Zhang Zhiliang, Chief Consulting Advisor of Modern Excellence (a guest speaker at PMI/PMO conferences and a senior domestic project management consulting expert), was invited to share his insights. Mr. Zhang’s presentation was not only highly professional but also deeply inspiring, adding highlights to the training camp.
ISABers has gone from unfamiliarity to familiarity, from independence to unity through ice breaking activities, and the team building process has provided each member with a sense of belonging, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming learning journey.
In the challenge of managing tangram, completing a series of complex tasks through a team, experiencing management themes such as communication, teamwork, information sharing, resource allocation, innovative ideas, efficient thinking, leadership style, and scientific decision-making, and systematically integrating the team.
Dr. Mu Fengwen, Chairman of iSABers Group, delivered a speech, elaborating on the importance of project management from the perspective of the company's development and placing high expectations on the students. I hope everyone can gain something from the training camp, apply the knowledge learned to practical work, and contribute to the development of the company.
